We work with all sectors of the working world, industry, services and associations, public sector and have proven our ability to manage large-scale missions: since 2019, we have accompanied alongside of MIRVOG (General Officers’ return to civilian life) around 100 officers each year in order to help them negotiate their major career changes.
This period invites us to strengthen our presence alongside companies and their employees while collective departure plans are being implemented everywhere.
