I chose to devote myself to coaching and to professional transitions after spending 25 years in management (operational and functional) in diverse professional environments.
My professional journey has given me the opportunity to accompany organisations through major transformations by putting the individual at the center, the person actively responsible for collective and individual success.
While working for two large corporations I led transformations, created and animated the development paths of executives and managers according to the corporate strategies. The 300 missions I have carried out in coaching and outplacement have enhanced my expertise and a network of leaders, and the people who I guide benefit from this experience.

Within the scope of accompanying clients and transformations, I look for all of the promising initiatives that will allow every decision-maker to succeed and flourish in his or her uniqueness.

What is the ambition of this accompaniment? It’s allowing everyone to occupy HIS or HER place in a relevant and lasting way and to display with boldness and creativity, all of their capacities (known and unknown) to BE.

The Basque Country and India; travelling, those who allow a good table, concerts, exhibitions, reading books, watching movies and series … especially: “Les Sopranos”, “Mad Men”, “True Detective”, “House of cards “,” Life on Mars “,” Marcella “,” Money Heist “…
