My professional and personal background has given me the opportunity to understand how much our Emotional Intelligence is our most beautiful ally in LIFE. It is by listening and by feeding it every day that we can free ourselves from our “chains” as from our “beliefs” in order to become OURSELVES.

Having trained in Scientific Research, I soon felt the need to “rub shoulders” with a team.

I dove into the adventure of selective distribution and then into mass consumption. There  I discovered a true passion of advising clients and watching collaborators grow. Following my intuition, I decided to promote this experience by giving management and sales seminars within the “Groupe Do It”. Despite the joy of passing on my knowledge and expertise to others, seminars did not fulfill my need to meet each person’s individual expectations.

It became clear: coaching was the job that made sense to me.

So in 2001, I joined “Do It Evolution” which became Version Originale, first as a consultant and then in 2006 as an Associate Director.
